The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 7.4.2025 issued by the Tax Inspector, Nagar Palika Parishad, Khurja. The petitioner has submitted her reply to the aforesaid notice which shall be considered and a reasoned order shall be passed by the Nagar Palika before proceeding further in pursuance to the notice dated 7.4.2025. In case, the Palika decides against the petitioner, she shall have the remedy to approach the civil court for appropriate relief. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
