The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 21/2021 arising out of Murhu P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti. 3. On 02.05.2020, on the basis of confidential information, police party intercepted two persons, who were travelling on scooty and arrested them. On search, Arms, ammunitions and Naxal literatures were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but his name has come in confession of apprehended co-accused persons who have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Gautam Rakesh, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti in connection with S.T.
