The petitioner has prayed for quashing of a communication issued to it by Officer on Special Duty (Institution), Greater Noida, requiring the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 2,81,07,556/- by way of additional compensation to enable the Authority to release the mortgaged property. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that additional compensation is payable in terms of Full Bench judgment of this Court in Gajraj vs. State of U.P. and Others; 2011 (11) ADJ 1. It is also not disputed that on 21.6.2013, the petitioner was informed by respondent no. 2 that as against allotment of 3046.46 hectare of land, the petitioner would be liable to pay additional compensation @ Rs. 550/- per sq. meters in four equal installments and in case of default, it shall be liable to penal interest @ 15% per annum. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not given any opportunity to submit its objection to the impugned demand. 4. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority, states that in case any objection is filed, the same will be decided. 5. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, it is hereby provided that in case any objection is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the same will be decided by the Authority by a speaking order.
