Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. On perusal of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. Though the petitioner claims to have made an application in compliance with the said directions of this Court vide order dated 24.09.2024, the 2nd respondent has neither considered the said application nor passed any orders thereon. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this second writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, in accordance with law. Consequently, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE D.
