...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the high handed action of the 4th to 7th respondents for harassing and threatening the petitioner and involving in the civil matter without any jurisdiction by misusing their official powers is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violate of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct a department enquiry against the 51h to 7th respondents as per G.O.Ms.No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11-2010 and take appropriate departmental action basing on the departmental enquiry as per G.O.Ms.No.288 / 2010, dated 06-11-2010 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th to 7th respondents not to involving in civil matters and not to summon the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station on the guise of the civil settlement with the 8th and 9th respondents, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
