The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, for the offences registered under sections 307/326/354/379/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Abhishek Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 27.04.2024 at about 10.30 p.m., the petitioner and co- accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant, due to which, she sustained injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and co-accused persons and similarly situated several co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Telco P.S.
