Since these three bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These three applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Pahala PS Case No.80 of 2025 corresponding to GR Case No.467 of 2025/ CT Case No.426 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC(O)/learned Spl. Satpathy, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions upon perusal of record, there appears allegation against the petitioner Bubun Rout @ Satya Prakash Rout in the FIR for threatening the injured earlier to withdraw the case registered against him in Mancheswar Police station on 10.03.2025 by saying to take away his life, if the case is not withdrawn. Besides, there are allegation against the petitioners for assaulting the injured by means of sharp cutting weapon and the injury report of the injured reveals that he has suffered seven number of injuries over his body, out of which two injuries over scalp are stated to be grievous in nature. Further, the petitioners are having some criminal antecedents including the petitioner Rabin Satapathy for having 44 criminal antecedents and Bubun Rout for having 6 criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter and taking into account the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the Petitioners vis-à-vis the accusation sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the materials placed on record and keeping in view the number and nature of injuries p. 3 sustained by the injured person and the manner in which the injured was assaulted, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to any of the petitioners, more particularly when the injured has not yet been examined. 6.
