As per office report dated 26.09.2025 based on the report of the C.J.M., Prayagraj dated 28.06.2025, opposite party no.2-Murari Singh died on 02.07.2016. Alongwith report statement of Deepak Singh and Ripudaman Singh son of Murari Singh as well as death certificate of Murari Singh are also on record. 5. Accordingly, appeal stands abated.
