This Court, vide order dated 07.05.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3558 of 2025, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Tarun Kashyap, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg District-Durg KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 10.09.2025 has requested for grant of further one month time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that after receiving the order passed by this Court, every possible effort has been made for the early disposal of the case. In the present case, only the statements of two witnesses remain to be recorded and the cross-examination of the Investigating Officer is yet to be completed. Since, on account of the application filed on behalf of the prosecution, an opportunity has been granted to record the evidence of two witnesses, the disposal of the case could not be completed within the stipulated period. Therefore, she prays for grant of further one month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
