Learned AGA accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Notice to Respondent No. 4 is deferred in view of the proposed order to be passed. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. A writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned provisional list dated 18.08.2025 vide Annexure-F to issue by the Respondent No. 1 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12816 WP No. 106997 of 2025 to.3 in respect of petitioner concern in the interest of justice and equity. b. Issue the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to 3 to consider the objection given by the petitioner to the provisional list vide Annexure-H, H1 and H2 dated 21-8-2025 before the respondent no 1 to 3 in respect of serial no 94 of the provisional list in Basirihal-3 Anganawadi centre in Kanakagiri taluk Koppal District in the interest of justice and equity. c. Any other writ or direction, which this Hon’ble court is deems fit under the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The petitioner has applied for the post of Anganwadi Helper at Basarihal-3 Anganwadi Centre. It is submitted that although the petitioner secured 531 marks out of 625, her name does not feature in the provisional selection list. The petitioner has filed objections to the said list, enclosing her marks card. The petitioner prays for quashing the provisional list on the ground that despite her merit, she has been excluded. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12816 WP No. 106997 of 2025 4. It is however, relevant to note that the list in question is only a provisional list, and as such, the objections raised by the petitioner are yet to be considered by the respondents prior to finalising the selection list. 5. In view of the above, I pass the following. ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of as being premature. ii. The respondents are directed to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with the law, before finalising the selection list.
