In that appeal, criminal application No.982/2023 was filed for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment. It was not pressed by appellant on 16.01.2024 3. Present appeal and application of substantive sentence of imprisonment is filed by learned Advocate for appellant appointed through Legal Aid. She states that she was unaware of filing of criminal appeal No. 604/2023 and application No. 982/2023. 2 10 apeal 453.24 Since the appeal filed by the appellant is already admitted and the same is pending for final hearing, she submitted that she is not pressing this appeal and application.
