Singh Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has taken instructions from deponent and from some petitioners as well as that since there are certain errors in the Vakalatnama and affidavit, therefore, prayed that this writ petition may be dismissed a withdrawn. He further prayed that in the interest of justice, a permission may be granted to approach this Court afresh limiting number of petitioners to 10 in one writ petition. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering the fair statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and ignoring glaring errors in the affidavit as well as in the Vakalatnama, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
