Non-consideration of the complaint and representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.10.2023 is the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition.
2. Heard Sri G.V.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.
3. As could be culled out from the facts and circumstances of the case, it is evident that there is a dispute between the petitioner and some other individuals with regard to subject property and the Gram Panchayat cannot step in and resolve the same. In the said circumstances, the petitioner cannot raise allegation against the respondent authorities by filing the present writ petition and the petitioner has to be relegated to the competent civil court. Therefore, writ petition is frivolous and devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach competent civil court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
