ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief:
“... to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.226/2021, dt.30.06.2021, Veeravalli P.S, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent no.3 to investigate crime based on a complaint submitted by the petitioner and investigate into the matter and to file a charge sheet and pass ....”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Perused the material on record. The grievance of the Petitioner is that respondent Police did not complete the investigation pertaining to Crime No.226 of 2021 of Veeravalli Police Station, Krishna District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that after completion of investigation, respondent Police referred the matter as „civil in nature‟ and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. DR.JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA Mjl/*
