This writ petition has been filed assailing the transfer order dated 26.10.2021 (Annexure P/2), whereby the petitioner, who was working as Testing Assistant HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Digitally signed by HIFZURRAHMAN ANSARI Date: 2025.10.14 10:59:30 +0530 2 Level-I (Testing) at the 132 K.V. Sub-Centre, Champa, District Janjgir- Champa, under the Executive Engineer, Korba, was transferred to the office of the Executive Engineer, Vishrampur. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the aforesaid transfer order has been withdrawn by the respondents vide order dated 11.09.2025, which has been filed along with the covering memo today. 3. In view of the fact that the impugned transfer order, which is under challenge in this writ petition, has already been withdrawn, nothing survives for adjudication.
