State of Rajasthan and Others; D.B. (ii) The matter is remitted back to the appointing authority for consideration afresh of petitioner’s application dated 13.01.2025 and to decide the same keeping in view the direction issued by the Division Bench vide order dated 20.03.2025 in the case of Bhikam Chand (supra) within a period of four weeks from today. (iii) Till decision by the appointing authority, the interim order dated 30.01.2025 shall continue.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
