Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in MCRCA No. 1535 of 2025, the applicant’s fathers name has wrongly been typed as VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.11.07 12:04:51 +0530 2 “Govind Ram Patel” instead of “Govind Ram Baghel” and the same needs to be corrected accordingly. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, in the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this Court in MCRCA No. 1535 of 2025, the father’s name of the applicant be read as “Govind Ram Baghel” instead of “Govind Ram Patel”. 5.
