Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 26/2025 arising out of Patherdih P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024, for the offences registered under sections 310 (2)/ 311 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 310(2), 311, 317(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27, 25 (1-B)(a), 26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-XI, Dhanbad.
3. On 15.09.2024 at about 10:15 PM, the informant was waylaid by six dacoits near Jharia-Sindri Main Road. The dacoits looted Rs. 9 lakhs and other articles from the informant.
4. It appears that the petitioners were put on T.I. Parade and they were identified.
5. Learned A.P.P. submitted that the co-accused Dhiraj Kumar Gupta was also identified in T.I. Parade, whose bail application has been rejected by this Court earlier.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
