Mishra for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. Mitul Gautam for the respondent-State. 2. By way of this petition, a very limited indulgence is sought for by the petitioner inasmuch as, the petitioner seeks that a representation which has been preferred by him on 12.02.2025 to the respondents may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned AGP Mr. Gautam would submit that given some time, the respondent No.2 shall decide the representation preferred by the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by learned Advocates for the parties, the following directions would meet with the ends of justice. (i) The Respondent No.2, in consultation with the respondent No.1, shall take an appropriate decision as regards the representation dated C/SCA/10274/2025 ORDER DATED: 29/07/2025 12.02.2025, in accordance with law. The respondent No.2 shall intimate to the petitioner by way of a written, reasoned order, as regards the decision taken. (ii) The above exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
