2. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy to approach the Appellate Authority in terms of Rule 6 of the Maharashtra Prison (Furlough Parole) Rules, 2024.
3. The petitioner may file appeal in terms of the aforesaid Rules within a period of 15 days from today. The Appellate Authority shall proceed to decide the appeal within stipulated time i.e. 30 days from the date of presentation of the appeal.
