Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. R. Dhar, learned Standing Counsel, Handloom, Textile and Sericulture Department for the respondent nos. 1 to 4; and Mr. C. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, Accountant General [A&E] for the respondent no. 5. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, in so far as the grievances of the petitioner raised in this writ petition are concerned, have been redressed. In such view of the matter, the writ petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition further at this stage. Mr. Dhar, learned Standing Counsel, Handloom, Textile and Sericulture Department and Mr. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, Accountant General [A&E] have submitted that they have no objection to the submission made by the leaned counsel for the petitioner.
