Union of India & ors and punish them one and severally and the same manner as per law of the land or alternately give appropriate direction to the respondents/alleged contemnors to regularize/restore and release arrear of pension in favour of the petitioner as per direction already passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No.16619/2022 in the interest of justice.” 3.
