The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order as to quash the impugned order dated 29-10-2022 (Annexure A- 1), passed by the learned Family Court, Camp Court Katghora, District Korba (C.G.) passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 106/2021 (C.G.) by allowing this revision, in the ends of justice. ” 2.
