While dictating the judgement, it transpires that interim order was granted by this Court in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 16.11.2019 stating therein that “status quo as of today shall be maintained”. 3. It is not clear from perusal of the record that whether the petitioner is permitted to run the fair price shop pursuant to the aforesaid order or not. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, filed by the petitioner is also not on record. 4. In this view of the matter, list this petition for further hearing on 13.10.2025.
