This application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No.44 of 2025, under sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., P.S. Sambhal, District Sambhal. At the outset, Sri Shashank Shekhar Pandey, learned AGA for the State submits that during the course of investigation, the applicants were arrested and thereafter they filed bail applications before this Court. This court vide orders dated 4.8.2025 and 23.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 18994 of 2025 (Musharraf and another vs. State of U.P.) and Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 22730 of 2025 (Mushahid vs. State U.P.) granted bail to the applicants. He submits that the present application has become infructuous.
