Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that respondent No.3 herein filed a private complaint before the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mylavaram, which is forwarded to respondent police and on receipt of the same, respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.225 of 2023 against A.1 to A.3, who are petitioners herein. Investigation is completed and final report is filed before the Trial Court, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
