The judgment, in the writ petition being WPA 1264 of 2024, was delivered on 22nd May, 2025, by which the said writ petition was disposed of. It is has been brought into the list on being mentioned by the writ petitioners for correction of certain mistakes that have been recorded in the said
judgment and order. After hearing the writ petitioners, it appears that in the third line of paragraph 10 at page 8, after the words “petitioners provided” it has gone down as “he has” instead of “they have”. The words “he has” is substituted by the words “they have”. In the seventh line, after the words “in respect of” it has gone down as

“non-teaching staff” instead of “Assistant Teachers”. The words “non-teaching staff” be substituted by the words “Assistant Teachers”. Similarly, in the tenth line, the words “non-teaching staff” is substituted by the words “Assistant Teachers”. Let these corrections be incorporated in the said
judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2025. The said judgment and order shall be read, meant and construed with such corrections incorporated therein.
