This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that four cases are registered against the petitioner on the file of Penukonda Police Station. In that view of the matter, rowdy sheet has been opened against the petitioner. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
