...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order ordirection, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents especially Respondents No. 3 and 4 in calling and harassing the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and forcing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and Respondents No. 5 and 6 without settling the accounts of the petitioner and further pressurizing the petitioner to act as per the terms and conditions of the Respondents No. 5 and 6 as being illegal, arbitrary, unfair, exercise of power beyond the jurisdiction apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Fundamental rights enshrined under Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No. 3 and 4 not to harass or call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents No. 3 & 4 not to harass or call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 28966 of 2023
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order ordirection, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents especially Respondents No. 3 and 4 in calling and harassing the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and forcing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and Respondents No. 5 and 6 without settling the accounts of the petitioner and further pressurizing the petitioner to act as per the terms and conditions of the Respondents No. 5 and 6 as being illegal, arbitrary, unfair, exercise of power beyond the jurisdiction apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Fundamental rights enshrined under Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No. 3 and 4 not to harass or call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri Ch. Karthik, learned counsel representing Sri V. Nitesh,
learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that the police neither called the petitioner to police station nor interfered with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
