Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the investigation in FIR no. 0543/2025, be directed to be handed over to Crime Branch, Delhi, as the same has not been properly investigated. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, on instructions, submits that the investigation is almost complete and the charge sheet is likely to be filed. 3. The Court, at this stage, finds that before filing of the charge-sheet, the matter must be examined by the officer not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police. The grievance raised by the petitioner shall be looked into by the said officer and only after his approval the charge-sheet This is a digitally signed order.
