In those circumstances, this Court is of considered opinion that the Writ Petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission itself without going into merits of the allegations made in the affidavit, directing respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 08.11.2024, by following due procedure established by law, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
