Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is not a family member or relative of the husband of the defacto complainant. The case under Sections 85 & 89 r/w 3(5) of BNS is not maintainable against the Petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed in this matter. Charge sheet is also filed deleting the name of the Accused No.5 i.e., the petitioner herein. 5.
