Order: The Criminal Petition, u/See.482 of B.N.S`S is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A4 to grant antiCiPatOry bail in connection with crime No.5/2025 of Nagari Urban Police Station, Chittoor District,
2. A case has been registered against the Petitioner/A4 herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 49,126(2),118 r/w 3(5) of BNS.
3. The brief facts Of the Case are that On the evening Of o2.01.2025, Al along with Other accused attacked the husband of the defacto complainant and caused injuries to him. lt is further alleged that the incident took Place at the instance Of A2 who is the petitioner herein. on the basis of the said allegation the present crime has been registered against the petitioner and others.
4. Heard. Perused the record.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner Submits that this Court granted ba-ll to A2 as per the Orders in Crl.P.No.1836 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025. The case of the Present Petitioner/A4 also
2 stands on the same footing to that of A2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that A1, A3, A5, A6 and A7 were already released on bail. The learned Assistant Public prosecutor did not dispute the same.

This Court has perused the Orders Passed by the Court in crl.p.No.1836 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025 and finds that the facts perta'lning to the petitioner/A4, are similar to that of A2, who was granted bail. Hence, this Court iS incI-lned to grant bail to the petitioner/A4, on the same terms and conditions. (i) The petitioner/A4 is directed to surrender before the station House Officer, Nagari Urban Police Station within a period of two weeks. On such surrender, the Station House officer concerned is directed to enlarge the petitioner/A4 on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twienty Thousand only) with two Sureties for a like Sum each, to h'ls satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/A4 is d'lrected to cooperate with the investigating officer and also
directed not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner. After release, the petitioner iS directed tO report before station House Officer concerned, once in a Week i.e., On every Monday between 10.00 a.m., and 1.00 p.m., until further orders.
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition isallowed.
