LAKKADI DAYAKER REDDY The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not finalising and paying the pension to the petitioner even though he retired from service in the month 2 of August 2017 as illegal arbitrary unreasonable contrary to principles of natural justice and contrary to Art 14 19 of theConstitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the pension and retiral benefits to the petitioenr immediately duly considering the representation of the petititoner dated 04 10 2017 by processing the pension of the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
