Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned order dated 02.02.2024 passed by Up-Ziladhikari Manjhanpur District Kaushmabi in Case No. 6473 of 2023 (Suresh Kumar and others vs. Rohit Kumar and others) Computer Case No. T202302420306473 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Contained in Annexure No. 9), in the better interest of justice. (ü) ( Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Up-Ziladhikari Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi, not to give effect to the impugned order referred to above, in the better interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
