Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgments passed by this Court in WP(C) No.2299/2022, WP(C) No.2020/2022 & WP(C) No.2060/2022.
02. Petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to release in their favour pending arrears of 6th Pay Commission in terms of Government Order No.92 of 2009 dated 24.04.2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to and relied upon the orders passed by this Court in WP(C) No.2299/2022, WP(C) No.2020/2022 & WP(C) No.2060/2022. He has also drawn attention of this Court towards the communication dated 27.01.2022 issued by Managing Director JKHHC, Jammu, whereby an amount of Rs.4,11,921/- has been disbursed to the ex-employees of the Corporation on account of retirement benefits.
04. Mr. Rajesh Thappa, learned AAG for the respondents submits that since the issue is covered by the judgments referred above, therefore, this Sr.No. 13

petition would also be decided in terms of the said judgments. Therefore, while considering the respective submissions of learned counsels for the parties, this petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioners strictly as per law for the purpose of fixing and releasing the revised pay structure on account of 6th Pay Commission in terms of Government
Order No.92 of 2009. The process shall be concluded within a period of two months from today.
05. Mr. Thappa shall intimate the respondents about the direction passed by this Court.
