No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.3 in making attempts to dispossess me from my land in an extent of Ac 2.65 cents in Sy No. 77/3 situated at Nekunambad Village, Bestavaripet Mandal, Prakasam District, for allotting the same to give house site pattas to the houseless poor under the Navaratnalu Scheme and for other reliefs.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent, submits that the subject land is not used for the public purpose, as an alternative land was identified for the above said public purpose.
4. The copy of the instructions of the 3rd respondent shall be made as part of the Court record.
5. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
