The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Direct the Respondent no.2 that Petitioner’s son Santosh M B @ Sullya Santosh S/o Balanagouda (CTP No.4221) may be enlarged/ Released on general parole for a period of 90 days to meet the ailing mother as well to manage the medical expenses for the petitioners medical treatment. b) Pass any other order(s) which this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2.
