1. By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, for grant of bail.
2. Learned APP strongly opposed the said application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.
3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 150 days is hereby condoned.
