Page No.# 2/2 2. I have heard the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Z. Kamar assisted by Mr. S.J. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. Since the petitioner is co-operating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 4. The interim bail granted in favour of the petitioner, Raunak Harlalka on 08.01.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
