1. The applicants have preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 264/2025, registered at Police Station – Dabhra, District – Sakti (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of C.G. Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that for the same Crime the bail application bearing MCRC No. 7327/2025 has already been filed on RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI
2 behalf of the applicants, hence, he prays that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn.
