Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for opposite party no. 1. 2. This application has been filed challenging the entire proceedings of Case No. 590 of 2022 (State vs. Azad Yadav and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 190 of 2021, under Sections 307 of I.P.C., Police Station- Badagaon, District- Jhansi, pending in the court of Special Judge (D.A.A.), Jhansi in the light of compromise took place in between the applicants and opposite party no. 2 on 02.12.2023. 3. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in earlier application, being Application U/S 482 No. 832 of 2024, the compromise has been verified by by the court concerned on 07.03.2024. The said order is appended at page 79 of the paper-book. 4. Considering the nature of offence and the settlement between the parties, which has already been verified, and in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab and another; (2012) 10 SCC 303 and Nikhil Merchant vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another; (2008) 9 SCC 677, the application deserves to be allowed. 5.
