ORDER: During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the order of the Tahsildar dated 15.10.2025. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the order of the Tahsildar dated 15.10.2025. No costs.
