(ORAL) FIR No. Dated Police Sta0on Sec0ons 257 18.03.2021 Kharkhoda, District Sonipat 148, 302, 452, 149, 120-B IPC and 25, 27 of Arms Act The peoner incarcerated in the FIR caponed above, has come up before this Court under Secon 483 BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail or an ad-interim bail in the FIR caponed above on medical ground. 2. Counsel for the peoner submits that peoner has undergone surgery of his brain tumour and he is connuously taking treatment from hospital. He further submits that he be allowed interim bail for three months at least and he undertakes to comply every condion, if this Court imposes. 3. State counsel could not oppose the authencity of the medical record of the peoner. 4. Medical history of peoner shows that he was indeed operated and for follow up treatment, he requires some me and is entled for bail. 5. Given above, provided the peoner is not required in any other case, the peoner shall be released on interim bail 0ll 31.07.2025 at 11.00 A.M. in the FIR caponed above subject to furnishing bonds to the sasfacon of the concerned Court and due to unavailability before any nearest Ilaqa Magistrate/duty Magistrate. Before accepng the surety, the concerned Court must be sasfied that if the accused fails to appear, such surety can produce the accused. 6.
