The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 64 of the B.N.S. and Sections 8 and 7 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted minor daughter of informant. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. has supported the prosecution case. The medical report also corroborates the allegations made in the F.I.R.. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and statement of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
