SUKHVINDER KAUR, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to 4 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioners and his family members, at the hands of respondents No.6 to 18.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner and his family members are having threat at the hands of private respondents No.6 to 18. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) to respondents No.3 and 4 and he would be satisfied if the aforesaid representation is decided. Notice of motion. Mr. Navdeep Singh, learned AAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that he has not objection if the aforesaid representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) is decided.
