SRINIVASA RAO NARRA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly the respondent No. 3 herein with regard to registration of FIR and to take initiate necessary action against the 4th respondent. In spite of receipt of petitioners written complaint 20.11.2023 and the 2 same was endorsed to the respondents 2 and 3 given on for necessary action as illegal, arbitrary, irrational, unconstitutional and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and to consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register F.I.R against the 4th respondent herein to take necessary action and to do the investigation in to it expeditiously as early as possible.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there is a civil suit in O.S.No.96 of 2023 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Ongole is pending between the parties. It is further submitted that the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner in Spandana, are of civil nature. As such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint. 3. Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
