The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 18, 21, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. 3. On 05.10.2024, Radhanagar Police intercepted a vehicle bearing Registration No. JH05DG/0975 near Salti Pokhar, Rajmahal and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused Imtiyaj Khan. On search, 930 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it has not been asserted that the recovered article was brown sugar. 5. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
