GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that the 9th respondent is digging private bore well in the middle of the public road that is connecting Adoni to Yemmiganur, adjacent to R.S.No.444/B2 of Mandagiri village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnook District. 2. Heard Sri MRK.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandrasekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Sri Chandrasekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions dated 29.11.2025 submitted that as per the survey record, the bore well point is existing in Sy.No.173 of Adoni Revenue village but not in R.S.No.444/B2 of Mandagiri village, Adoni mandal, as alleged by the petitioner. As such there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to record the said instructions and prayed to close the writ petition. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that as per the survey record, the bore well point is existing in Sy.No.173 of Adoni Revenue village but not in R.S.No.444/B2 of Mandagiri village, Adoni mandal, as alleged by the petitioner, there remains nothing for adjudication and writ petition is liable to be closed.
