SR^ C.C.No.1083 of 202> 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Smt. R. Nagamma W/o Subrahmanyan (1"‘ petitioner), G. Nagamma W/o Gangaiah (2"'^ petitioner) and Smt. Ammulu, W/o Rambabu (3'^'^ petitioner) is present before this Court. Sri Vinod K Reddy, learned counsel, identified the petitioners. As seen from the common order dated 27.12.2018, the land of the petitioners i.e. Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.88-8: Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.96-1 and Ac. 1.50 cents in Sy.No.98-4, was acquired. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the total amount payable to the 1^' petitioner is Rs.37,88,717/-: 2"^ petitioner is Rs.37,61,182/- and 3'^^ petitioner is Rs.37,61,182/-. 4. 5. 6. 7. Previously, an amount of Rs.27,81,695/- to the 1 Rs.32,14,156/- to the 2'^^ petitioner and Rs.32,14,156/- to the 3'^'^ petitioner, was credited to their accounts. The remaining amount, in total, payable to the petitioners is Rs.21,01,074/- (Rs.10,07,022/- to the 1 Rs.5,47,026/- to the 2"'^ petitioner and Rs.5,47,026/- to the 3^^^ petitioner). The Land Acquisition Officer deposited an amount of Rs.21,01,074/-, before the learned Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh by way of a demand draft (DD) drawn on ICICI Bank, on 28.04.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 1®‘ petitioner has a bank account in Saptagiri Grameena Bank, Chinna Panduru vide account No.50003511067, the 2"'^ petitioner has a bank account in Saptagiri Grameena Bank, Chinna Panduru vide account No.95092796, and the 3'"' petitioner has a bank account in Saptagiri Grameena Bank, Chinna Panduru vide account No.50000325595. Learned counsel would also submit that the aforementioned bank account of the petitioners is in operation.
